Today in class Silverlight vs. Flash was brought up and here’s a pretty good article from takemetoyourleader.com. He basically breaks it down to penetration rate, where “Adobe Flash Player 9 is installed on 97.7% of all computers, and Microsoft has not yet released their percentage”.
